No one has the exact formula for how to develop a long and prosperous relationship.  You know the type where you know eachother’s family, and enitre life story.  The type of relationship where no matter what transpires, you’re there for the count. The type of relationship where no matter if he or she walks out the house in reebok classics, your still gonna be down for them…I dont know about you all but that’s the type of love I’m striving for.  Nonetheless, there is always a solid set of DEALBREAKERS that can send these love dreams up in smoke. 5. Cyber Stalking: You ever go on FB chat or gchat and just want to catch up with your homies and your beau hits you up as if you two didn’t just speak. Well, this is fine until it becomes excessive. How about when they hit you up multiple times and barely give you a second to respond. If you’re anything like me, you get annoyed and will want to sign off. But in order to be the good guy, you reply with something short and sweet. But no, thats not it. They want to ask you what your doing online. Who you are talking to and is it someone of the opposite sex. This is a major TURN OFF!

4. One too many POP-UP visits: Ok, we all enjoy the spontaneous stuff in relationships. Random outtings to the beach or the movies or the random trip to an exclusive getaway if you’re balling. But unless you have been given a key,that random house visit should be limited to ONCE PER RELATIONSHIP, and mark my words it better be a good one. You better show up with a meal, and baring gifts. Gifts like liquor, and things of the like. Dont just pop up because you were in the neighborhood. That is NOT COOL!

3. Low Self Esteem: I know this one sounds harsh but think about it for a minute. If you don’t like yourself, why should anyone else like you? If you dont think you’re special, why would someone else think you’re special? Nothing is more awkward than someone repeatedly pointing out their flaws. My ex used to call this “fishing”. For compliments of course. Guys if you are 20 with the body of a 9 year old girl, you better work that body like your in the darn NFL. Gals if you have a pancake booty and a washboard chest, you better work it like you’re build like a stallion. Confidence is KEY!

2. Lack of Support: Fellas and ladies, I cannot stress this enough!!! So, listen in…I don’t care if your beau has the education of a 6th grader, if they decide to run for president, you better back them like you backed OBAMA! Even outside of relationships, it’s never cool to be a dream killer. Those people are losers. Think big with your beau!

1. Comparing Your New Beau to Your Old Beau: This is the most dangerous territory in relationships. Ladies just because your old man dragged you through the dirt (figuratively) doesn’t mean your new man is the same way. Fellas, just because your old girl cheated on you with a basketball playa doesn’t mean your new girl will do the same. Everyone deserves a clean slate. It’s also important to make sure you are over your ex before you hop into a new relationship. Its only natural to compare a little, but when it becomes excessive, you might need to be single a little longer!
