Can 50 Cent’s Uber50 Save Blackberry??

By Now you have heard of the venture between 50 Cent and UberSocial formally UberTwitter, called Uber50, but a lot of people are wonder whar exactly Uber50 is, and how do they get it? I would be very Surprised if your not following 50 Cent by now on Twitter, since he has 4.4 Million, so most likely you’ve heard about this Uber50 Deal, and if you don’t know what it is I’m gonna try to break it down for you right now. A rumor has gone around saying 50 Cent Purchased UberMedia, the parent comoany to UberSocial, and if you remember UberSocial was named UberTwitter, but Twitter shut them off for some policy violations and they came back with UberSocial. Now to answer the Rumor NO Fif didn’t but UberSocial, so it’s not a mater of everyone that uses Ubersoc will now have Uber50.

Some people are saying it’s 50’s own Twitter App, but that’s not exactly right either, it’s a Theme that’s applied exclusively with the Blackberry version of Ubersocial. So yes that means if you have ubersocial on an iPhone, you will Not be able to get it, and android is still on Twidroyd so unfortunately they aren’t even in the discussion. But I will say know how smart 50 is I would expect an iOS Uber50 once the BB Version Pops!!

Now apparently Fif reached out to the heads of UberMedia because he was upset he couldn’t tweet when UberTwitter went down, and since he uses a Blackberry to Tweet he asked them if he could work with them, and they came back with Uber50!

  I Know we’ve been showing a lot of stuff from the new Touchscreen Blackberry’s and to be honest you guys have been eating it up, showing a definite interest in upgrading your existing BB, or at least seeing if it’s even worth it, or should you just head on over to the fable iPhone, or jump on one of these new Crazy Android devices, and well a lot of people are leaving the original Smartphone, since Sales of new BB’s sold has been going south for a sec now Now here’s My question, Can this Theme for a Blackberry help bring Blackberry to the Top? Well Not to answer my own question but look at it like this Back in Jan 50 Tweet for people to buy stock in the company the was making his Sleek50 Wireless Headphones, and the stock literally went from .10 to .45 cent a share, and 50 owned 30 Million(shares) which means he made $10 Million from tweeting, now he’s got a Twitter Theme! If Blackberry(RIM) doesn’t Capitalize of of this then I’m not sure they can be helped. I know UberMedia is gonna develop a iOS Theme for Uber50, and if they are smart they should Get Android involved, So RIM I’d go for some type of Exclusivity if I were You!!!!!
