Its about 1:30 and no annoucement about a new iPhone yet. But they have discussed.
Apple debuting new iOS app on 10/12 called Cards, for mailing paper greeting cards. Push notification comes to device on day it’s delivered.
Scott Forstall recaps iOS 5 features announced at WWDC. Improvements to Mail, tabbed browsing, a new Reminds todo app, etc.
Apple iOS 5 available on October 12 for iPhone 4 & 3GS, iPad 1 & 2, and 2 most recent iPod Touch.
Apple iCloud, the free Web syncing service, launches October 12 with iOS 5.
New App Find my Friends – Ways to track friends and family with iDevices.
Free Find My Friends app available for Mac and iOS. It’s part of iCloud. It’s similar to Google Latitude for GPS tracking buddies.
Apple’s iTunes Match will do music streaming, contrary to previous plans. Costs $25/year.
iTunes Match debuts in late October in the U.S., Eddy Cue says. Apple still negotiating label deals in other countries.
Apple drops price of touchscreen iPod Nano starting today: $129 for 8 GB, $149 for 16 GB.
Apple releasing a white iPod touch alongside black model on October 12, and drops price: $199 for 8GB, $299 for 32 GB, $399 for 64 GB.
Apple announces iPhone 4S.
The 4S will feature Apple’s A5 chip, used in the iPad 2. The new chip will help a lot with games, said Schiller. Now he invited Mike Capps, the president of Epic Games, on stage.
Apple iPhone 4S has improved battery life, which lasts for 8 hours of continuous talk, says Phil Schiller.
iPhone 4S will have 8 hours of talk time on 3G, 14 hours of 2G talk time, 6 hours on 3G browsing with upgraded battery

Apple announces voice activated Siri assistant feature (It will answer certain questions for you!)
iPhone 4S (black & white) will cost $199 for 16 GB, $299 for 32 GB and $399 for 64 GB (all require 2-yr contract).
iPhone 3GS will stick around in 8 GB available for free with 2-yr contract, and iPhone 4 with 8 GB for $99 with contract.
IPhone 4S to be sold by AT&T, Verizon and now Sprint on October 14.
