NYPD Union Says Medical Examiner’s Report On Eric Garner Is BullS**t!
The death Of Eric Garner and how he died has sparked a debate among everyone on whether the actions taken was based of his racial profile. Reports released by the Medical Examiner stated that Garner died due to the pressures from the chokehold around his neck. Fed up, NYPD unions have come together to rebut the report!

In the report made by the Medical Examiner, they concluded that Eric Garner’s death was due to a chokehold and classified as a homicide.
Unsettled by the report, members and leaders of New York City’s largest police Union spoke out against the report.
Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President, Pat Lynch, said,
“It is not a chokehold, it was bringing a person to the ground the way we’re trained to do to place him under arrest,”
And added
“I’ve never seen a document that was more political than that document released by the ME’s Office,”
Lynch wasn’t afraid to blame the people’s hesitation about the NYPD on Mayor de Blasio.
On the incident, Mayor De Blasio was quoted saying,
“We’re going to keep people safe and we’re going to have mutual respect between police and community and we’re going to create fairness and consistency and that’s what we’re going to do,”
On the nature of the act of the police officers involved in the incident, Lynch claimed that it was not due to the colour or amount of money in the pocket of the civilian. Saying,
“It is a person’s behavior that leads to interactions with police, not who they are, what they look like or how much money they have in their pocket”

The problem is they come into our community derespect our people including our elderly, some of file a complaint, sue and you do you think pay for the lawsuite us the tax payers who is being violated. They should pay for it eith there Pensions ,since they are not putting a stop to the beatings and killing of our young man. when you walk into a courtroom it says Innocent and till proven guilty , but there eyes you are guily and your life is not worth shit.
I absolutely know it has to do with profile because the bigger you are, the bigger the threat they deem you as, the higher the action. My brother got hoped out on by detectives the other night just walking back home with our niece from the corner store. To make it worse, their guns were already drawn when they got out. The only two reasons my brother did not get shot that night was because of first, god, and second, cuz our niece was with him. He is a college graduate with a job on park ave and still gets harassed. I blame it on US, the black community, because of the dumb black people who do wrong and give people like that in power a reason to try something. The more we hurt each other thru killings and drugs, the more nonsense is going to happen to us. It’s sort of like we are going back to slavery days on our own. I love being black but we have to do better as a race
There is no legitimate excuse for a hold that brings about the death of a person. They cannot talk their fantasy into reality, because the reality is that this man is now deceased due to their actions. What does the ME have to gain by lying on the police? Most people in our community cannot buy results as the NYPD can afford to. No one wants to hear their perverted lies. We are first hand witnesses to the abuses of the police in relation to the people in our community. It is time they be held accountable for their worst indiscretions, especially those consisting of unnecessary death of people period.
