(Video) Comedian Eddie Griffin Weighs In On Bill Cosby Allegations: “There Is A Systematic Effort To Destroy Every Black Male Entertainer’s Image”

ifwt_bill-cosby-mugshot-6

We recently reported the news that Bill Cosby has been arrested and charged with aggravated indecent assault in response to multiple rape allegations against him. In an interview with Vlad TV, fellow comedian Eddie Griffin makes it abundantly clear that he is #TeamBill and describes how common the use of the drug Quaalude was in the 70’s when most of these alleged assaults took place. He describes how the women admitted to willingly going to Dr. Cosby’s hotel room, meaning they were down to f!*# from the beginning.

See what he had to say after the jump!

Nae Bella | Twitter

First off, you have to remember this was in the 70’s. I’m old enough to remember the 70’s. The 70’s is a different time, alright. The 70’s mo’fuckers all had coke spoons around they’re fucking neck(lace). You go to the disco the line is laid out on the damn table. When you want to level out after a hit of cocaine you get a Quaalude. So did he rape these bitches? All of them said the same thing we “went to the room.” Why would you go the the room of a known married man?

There is a systematic effort to destroy every Black male entertainer’s image. . .

See the full interview below.

What do you think of these allegations and the recent arrest of Bill Cosby? Is this a part of the systematic effort to ruin his legacy or do you believe these women are telling the truth. Why do you think they waited 30 years to speak up? Let us know in the comments below!

I believe half of those women are telling the truth. I just don’t understand why they waited so long to speak up.

  2. Xavier on December 31, 2015 at 9:43 am

I believe it happen, I’m with Eddie it was in the 70s and you knew you all was not going to go and just talk. Then you waited decades to say something. If it wasn’t that basketball coach open her mouth they would have never said anything. Bill Cosby need his money back she broke the contract. What did when was younger should not follow us as adults when we change for the better.

this has gone over the top. I too come from the 60’s era and was 20 years old in the 60’s. Swingers were as common as dirt, pills~all that, but a black man dating white women was frowned upon and if this were true Mr Cosby would have been given life in prison. Funnily enough, I knew one maybe two of these pathetic loser feminists. One I used to get my drugs from when I needed a lude or grass or whatever as I was a s..it was the thing then. She was well known on the street. Another, was a playboy waitress and not musch to look at then. These are no good women and if the lawyers are woth their salt they should check carefully the women in this and how.

How the hell would Eddie know “all too well” about the 70’s.
He’s 46, 47 yrs old and wasn’t old enough to live through hose times.

  5. Dre Johnson on December 31, 2015 at 10:20 am

Give it up Eddie, nobody is out to get you or any other black man.
    Stop making excuses yo!

I believe Bill Cosby has sex with multiple women. The man was pictured at the Playboy Mansion. Hes not pious. But I believe some if not most, are bandwagoning. They we near or around him, blackout drunk, high, or whatever. They woke up, either were ashamed by what they did, or dont remember. One person hears a story, sounds similar, and jumps on it. I want EVIDENCE. Quit talkin shit to the media and prove it. Until then, leave America’s Father alone.

Back in the 70’s people were in to alot of different drugs pills whatever. Celebrities were having all kind of wild parties us young folks heard about. I even tried some pills. What these women are feeling is guilt! For the wild life its hard for us to believe we did some things we are not proud of. Just work on yourself and stop trying to xestroy someone elses life after all these years. What about thebwhite men back then. Wherebdo you think those drugs came from. Mr Cosby had alot of white friends. You mean to tell me nothing happened with them. Tell everyones story then. Why don’t we hear about other men white men? Well know men Bills friends like the guy on I Spy! I’m just saying, alot was going on back then. As a young lady manynmen approach me in a manner that was not cool when i b was trying to get work.thats all in the past. I have lived with it. I had a chose! I am abetter person for it now.

It’s always depressing when you hear people who suffer from and despise racism turn around and spout horrible sexist stereotypes.

  8. Ryan Hockensmith on December 31, 2015 at 10:57 am

This is a case of schadenfreude. If you don’t know what that os, look it up. If you do, that explains why noone will leave him alone.

Unquestionably these are some of the dumbest and poorly written comments i have ever seen …spelling ..syntax…grammar ??? YIKES !
and the worst part is so many here are making excuses for the despicable acts Cosby committed ..sorry, after twenty plus shared essentially very similar stories ..(allowing that some were simply jumping on the bandwagon) it is obvious the guy is a serial rapist … so many of these women have money and certainly do not need the publicity. Honestly a very sad story .. i was a fan of the guy but I feel for his victims and for his wife and kids who must be suffering as well. 🙁

I wish they’d go after Bill Clinton like they are Cosby. Instead those women were maligned by Hillary, threatened in various ways to keep quiet, and in some cases paid off. Anyone who puts Hillary in office with a First Man like Bill the rapist has to have their head examined.

My heart goes out to the Crosby family especial Mrs. C.crosby who waits 10 yrs yes.I don’t believe this trying to take a good man down they should not of enter his room its a money thing. Get over ladies and get you a job please leave Mr.Crosby alone.

Idiot. Victim-blamer. Shut your mouth and open your ears. Not everything is about you being black.

  13. Cosbyisnotthevictim on December 31, 2015 at 1:15 pm

I do believe this happened and I do believe the women are bandwagoning. Know what else I believe? I believe Eddie Griffin (a nobody), also believes Michael Brown was a saint. Another case of a person of color blaming everyone but the perp and using race as their platform. Disgusted more by that than what Cosby likely did.

  14. Gordon on December 31, 2015 at 1:20 pm

I used to respect Eddie Griffin until I read this.

  15. audrey on December 31, 2015 at 4:07 pm

I think the truth re bill cosby lies somewhere in the middle of the two extremes.

I think cosby is a male whore but I don’t believe he is a rapist.

  16. It'sNoneofYourBusinessWhatMyNameIs on December 31, 2015 at 4:29 pm

Bill Cosby raped 40+ women and got away with it. Period. I’m glad the man is finally facing justice.

  17. Daniels on January 1, 2016 at 2:56 am

    A) It is entirely possible for a few girls to send people to their death for being witches just so they won’t get grounded. # of accusers has no impact on my thoughts.

    B) THIS DID NOT COME OUT due to a shit ton of opportunistic thots reporting it suddenly 30 years later. It was a black man comedian who called him out for being holier than thou and a hypocrite. Cosby’s a self rightious tool. Caught up with him

    C) turns out googling “cosby rape” (what black man comedian said to do) was something no one had done before. CNN started researching and found a lot of hushed up cases, sealed depositions and accusations for over 30 years

D)theeennn people came out and each separately gave the exact same story, over and over. Then, they unsealed the court records and it is THE SAME STORY. You really trying to claim they invented time travel to stop this black man from owning part of a (shitty) tv network?

E)White people loved cosby. He said all the racist shit they couldn’t. White people swept this under the rug and moved on. For decades.

    F)sit the fuck down

    G)shut the fuck up

    H) his own words under oath “she technically didn’t say no” “It was between the line of consent and rejection” (what the fuck is “between consent and rejection” even supposed to mean, she was unconscious? Oh…right)

I)He admitted he wasn’t set up, under oath. He admitted it all happened as said. He just didn’t realize he was wrong. He misunderstood. His claim. No one else’s. His best defense is “those were supposed to stay sealed”.

    J) Eddie Griffin just said rape equals getting lame ass pussy.

K)kobe and cosby = every successful black man

L)All black men are accused of rape right before they become successful (uhh even IF that were true, look at obama. We know “whitey” wants his black ass gone, and yet no one has accused him of rape… but kobe and cosby must be stopped at all costs? yeah, ok.

    M) sit the fuck down

    N)shut the fuck up
