The reason I really find this interesting is because I just needed a Hard Drive for a site back up, and I asked for the cheapest drive, because I didn’t need a lot of space, and the cheapest drive they had was $70, for a TB, I was like wow ok get that! See the rest of the story after the Jump!

Ok so they got the TB for $70, then when I get it, and the Homie Rush0 and I laugh at the size of it saying we didn’t know they were still that size anymore, we have TB now half the size. Then we laugh at the fact that a TB was so Cheap, stating our 1st drive’s were just a couple of Gig’s for a couple Hundred dollars, and state how times have changed. Then in the process of the site back up, the drive seemed a little slow, even if it is USB 2.0, I guess we’re used to firewire 800, and looking forward to thunderbolt. I also want to note that during the operation I slightly moved the computer and the drive disconnected, which was not Clean! -_-
Now I’m not saying this NEW 4TB drive will do or act like this, but that is the exact brand, minus 3TB’s so I would assume they move the same way, and the 4TB does not have thunderbolt Tech yet, But it might have USB 3.0, you would just need a computer that does, I also need to point out the 4TB is $250 as opposed to $70 for the TB, now unless you need a record amount of space, you’ll be good with the lesser space for lesser $!

The new GoFlex Desk 4TB drive has the space to contain over 2,000 HD movies. This new GoFlex Desk external drive comes at a time when people are archiving more of their memories in the form of digital photo and video.
