Ludacris Disses Big Sean and Drake On New Track??

Hmmm…do I hear a beef brewing? Let me explain the back story first. Big Sean is known for his “supa dupa flow,” something Drake also adopted into his own flow. Drake has always acknowleged that Sean was his inspiration, and Sean has nothing but love for him. Last year around this time, Sean was feeling some type of way about OTHER rappers using the flow that didn’t acknowlege him (i.e: Luda), and spoke about it on the Shade 45 morning show, saying Luda had killed it. Now with the release of his brand new mixtape, Luda is taking some shots back. Hear the track and read the lyrics below.

Marisa Mendez

Ludacris “Bada Boom”

Counterfeit rappers say I’m stealing their flows,
but I can’t steal what you never made up bitch
Y’all some duplicate rap cloning niggas
I manufacture you hoes put on your makeup Bitch

Let me explain, nothing’s been new since Big Daddy Kane
Flows will get recycled passed around to different names
But what’s the same, that every verse I spit is insane
Got more styles than any rapper in the game, 11 years and still counting
And ya’ll get a couple hit records, make some noise and have the nerve to start shouting
Who’s gassing ‘em, they blowing smoke up your ass, you fired up but I’m just puff puff passin’ ‘em
Until they roaches, buried in my ashtray
Nigga burn slow, better pray like it’s your last day
You lying to yourself, just admit it
May not like the way I use it but you know you aint invent it boy
Do your research before you make a claim so bogus
Thats disrespecting pioneers in the game
F-ck the fame but go ahead and get ya 5 minutes
Then you front line cadets can report to your lieutenants (sir, yes sir)
See I’m ya past, I’m ya future and ya present
So watch ya f-cking mouth when you speak about a legend
16 times platinum, 6 number 1′s
So I can give a f-ck what you sold in ya first week
You’s weak, softer than the Pillsbury dough boy
Don’t make me expose the truth, you’s a hoe boy
Don’t make me get on that Stomp shit and get back at it
You rappers aint even in my f-cking tax bracket
Why am I wasting my time
Yeah I admit I get a little Ludacris with my rhymes, sometimes
But my fans know the difference because “My Chick Bad” went platinum still winning muthaf-cka

The nerve of you niggas man, you aint got enough medals on your jacket to address me boy
Fall back in formation, y’all outta line
I was told not to kill a mosquito with a cannon
So the next time you nats got a real problem
Don’t be a coward like a nigga that used to be signed to be going on twitter rants and shit
Nigga say it to my face

Bout damn time.. respect Luda n Drake n sumwat big Sean.. Next time tho Luda needs to mention names.. Im tired of dis Generation of Rap no1 mentions names.. R ppl scared??? Bac in da days Jay z n Nas mentioned names, 50 n ja, Em n benzino, 2pac biggie, list goes on n on… These rappers like Lil wayne etc always goes subliminals.. Damn Man da fuck up..

Also Drake needs to man up n respond bac to Luda.. Luda aint no rookie in da game he is def a worthy Opponent/Vet in da game.. Niggas think luda fell off but Lyrically i doubt Drake or big sean can go at Luda.. But Luda has to go bac to his old shit to go hard at em.. Not countin Drake out tho.. I kno Bigsean wont respond he looks like da pussy type to run away from rap beefs.. Hope Drake aint like dat since wayne n Niki def run away from rap beefs lmaoo sad.. 1

you really think Drake gunna say something @NYCDaFuture…shit you already said his lieutenant and his wife(whatever the hell they are today lol) run away. Neither 1 gunna come back at Luda cause they know there place in line and Luda would put they asses back in place. Luda still got it in him he just took a break so niggas think he’s lost it, but all it takes is 1 (big sean or drake) for him to let teh beast loose again

  4. NYCDaFuture on November 16, 2011 at 3:19 pm

U Def rite fam @Blackandyellow… Im jus tryin to give Drake da benefit of da doubt since until now not a Vet rapper has went at drake… I know 98% Drake wont ever respond to Luda n dat 2% he will will prolly b one subliminal line.. Sad thing is dat rappers these days are afraid of competition.. Wat happen when Pusha T n Consequence went at it fo a bit.. Pusha T silenced his ass wit dat lil diss lightwork.. Niggas these days in da game is scared to battle lyrically… Sad But tru.. Only few rappers in the game who will actually respond to rappers if they call them out… 1

IS JAYZ NOT THA KING OF SUBLIMINALS AND THA FATHER OF THIS SUBLIMINAL ERA Y’ALL NIGGAZ PAYIN ATTENTION SMH FUCK OUTTA HERE NIGGAZ TRY TO GIVE THAT NAME TO WAYNE LOL N DRAKE REALLY WILL FUCK THA NEW LUDA UP OLD LUDA IDK BUT That’s tha old guy

  7. Jeff on November 20, 2011 at 1:48 pm

Ok let’s just settle this. Drake nor Big Sean nor Wayne can see hear or smell a lyrical spot near Ludacris!! Some of y’all have to understand, Luda is a made man! He has NOTHING to prove. He doesn’t need to go back to any style because hes a veteran!! Why veterans have to prove anything baffles me and yet this “new breed” of hip hop artists & fans seem to think so! Just stupid!
Have y’all noticed that ONLY HIP HOP disrespects its pioneers? No modern day rock group will EVER dis the Rolling Stones or the Beatles! They’d get blacklisted and couldn’t sell cement to the sidewalk!!
This generation of hip hop, both artists AND fans must get a clue! No one needs to move out the way! All this talk of “old rappers, djs, etc”, and how they need to quit and let someone else get it! WTH? You’re supposed to make your own path! No one is in your way you dummy! YOU Work, YOU grind, YOU get results. That’s why majority of the artists in the last 10 years have and will fade out within 1-3 years after their “one hit” or few. Their focus is NOT on making classic music but trying to remove or replace those that have made it! Virtually impossible!
Get the memo!, Make ya own name, stay in ya own lane, and pay homage!

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?

The other day, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
