Bill Cosby To Be Investigated By The LAPD For 1974 Sexual Assault Claim; Alleged Victims Request $100 Million
At this time, Bill Cosby should just hang it up. Sexual assault allegations against the longtime comedian continue to pile up. Thanks to the allegations, the Los Angeles Police Department plan to investigate an incident that is said to have happened on their turf in 1974, involving a woman named Judy Huth.
Huth, who was 15-years-old at the time is claiming that after meeting Cosby at Lacy Park in LA, he invited her and a friend to a tennis club the following Saturday. They both went and somehow, all three ended up at Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion; where the sexual assault took place.

A now 55-year-old Huth has filed a lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court that states, “He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”
Where was the friend and Hefner while this was going down? Pretty sure it will get answered soon since the LAPD has gotten involved. Although the statute of limitations has run out, the LAPD says that they have “an obligation to investigate all crimes when a victim comes forward,” no matter how old. An old case may unearth new evidence in a new case. Clearly, someone is out for blood.
No soon after Huth’s allegations, more women claim sexual assault and their lawyers are talking big bank for their pain and suffering.
“The public deserves to know if Mr. Cosby is a saint or a sexual predator,” said Attorney Gloria Allred. “We challenge Mr. Cosby to end this nightmare for both him and the alleged victims by accepting either of the options.”
Allred is saying that Cosby should waive the statute of limitations, put $100 million in a fund for any victims, old and new, that may want to have a panel of retired judges decide if the claims were substantial enough – or not – for the finances.
Things are getting out of control and Mr. Cosby nor his attorney Martin D. Singer have said or done anything to diffuse the situation. I say, step up or stop out Mr. Cosby, sir.
