Yeah, Sure! Kim Kardashian Says Ray J Sex Tape Didn’t Launch Her Career
Oh, the lies! The sex tape heard around the world stars Kim Kardashian and the “I Hit It First” king, Ray J. Following her very naked photoshoot with Love magazine, Kim opens up about the eye-catching naked film, admitting that she feels not so proud of it. “If I do have one regret in life that’s it,” she tells the mag for their Spring/Summer 2015 issue, on making the tape. Kanye’s beau goes as far as saying that the infamous Ray J sex tape is not the reason she has fame today. Girl, stop it.

“Maybe that’s how some people heard of me, but I didn’t launch my career off of that,” Kim says. “That was 12 years ago, no 13 years ago, so I just try to move on and put it in the past because I think everyone in life does things that they’re not proud of but you can’t sit and dwell on them forever.” Bruh… She also goes on to add that being a reality star is a REAL JOB. “We’ve had more episodes than I Love Lucy!” How the hell do you compare? “I’m proud that we give so many people jobs. Like, our lighting guy handing me a key chain last season and said, ‘I just want to thank you — I’ve worked for you guys for eight seasons and you helped me buy a house.'” But wait, doesn’t that mean the lighting guy works and you don’t? Kim, just give that Ray J sex tape the credit that it’s due.
