No pun intended, but Sade’s (Shade’s) songs should NEVER EVER be tampered with for any reason whats so EVER! This resembles a silly attempt to recreate a Vincent van Gogh or a Leonardo da Vinci painting just for the sake of “art”!!
Its a painful listen/recreation of such a radiant and angelic song.
Im an HUGE jay z fan….he’s #1 on my list of rappers any day, but i expected even he would have let this one slip by! There are just some things that should not be tampered with!! No matter how lucrative or appealing they appear.
Im no critic, but i have exquisite taste for music..reason Sade is always in my top 3 or musical artist..even while on her 10-15 year hiatus. This sorry excuse for a “song” is miles away from a “masterpiece”

Sade rejected Jay Z at first, but he made a couple more attempts to do a remix of her Ultimate collection CD. I guess she didn’t want to make anyone angry. Sade’s songs should never be tampered with, baby if anyone else wants to remix or collaborate with you please tell them no.
Your songs and flavor is to original for tampering with. Just as ” OYE ” said; tampering with Sade’s songs is like trying to redo Picasso’s paintings, or Beethoven’s symphonies. I’m tremendously happy that Sade is back out with new material and will be in the front row with roses for this Goddess.
I hear you DenzOne, leave these awesome artist’s to their own material. Sade doesn’t need anyone on her music at all, her music is very original and awesome by itself. Jaz Z is an awesome rapper but it would be better if he stayed on his own songs.
