Scarface Still Locked Up, Owes Over $123,000 in Child Support
Legendary Houston rapper Scarface is still in police custody for failure to pay child support. As of last week where he is being held for two active child support warrants totaling $123,372. Hit the jump to read the rest of the story.

Legendary Houston rapper Scarface is still in police custody for failure to pay child support.
As XXLMag.com previously reported, ’Face was originally locked up in Montgomery County Jail in Texas back in October 2010 for four separate cases of not paying child support.
The former Geto Boys leader has since been moved to Harris County Jail as of last week where he is being held for two active child support warrants totaling $123,372. He also faces two other child support charges as well as charges from the federal government.
According to police documents obtained by XXLmag.com, bonds have been set on all four cases—one for $93,376, a second one for $50,000, another for $30,000 and the last one was set at $500.
As of press time it is unclear how much longer Facemob is expected to spend behind bars, but a media relations rep for Harris County’s 7th precinct told XXL that he will be held until these women accusing him of not paying child support are compensated to some capacity.

The question is are the kids his!! In the statement it says that the women are accusing him of not paying. sounds like he was guilty until proven innocent. It’s funny how u can commit murder and not spend a day in jail but don’t pay child support and u subject to get years behind bars!!!!

Im not saying the child support thing is cool,(i grew up with my mom waiting for checks, many which never came) but you’ll see theres another FED case tied to it, which is why J Prince didnt go spring him…Thats what its really about…they playing games with him. And sitting it out is him playing games with them…TRUST… All the media leaks, like this, could be and are part of some whole other situation.
